It provides a system optimized for the operating environment using various thermal imaging cameras and incidental equipment.
Monitoring Services
The consignment control system protects lives and property
through fire prevention and immediate initial response
through a professional controller 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Provides information to analyze fire hazards and take precautions based on accumulated heat data
Remote Control System Response Process
STEP 01
Normal Time (Continued Control of Temperature Variation)
Considering the environment of the camera and sensor installation/operation location, the step of checking the real-time temperature change
STEP 02
At the time of the primary alarm (close observation stage)
If the temperature is higher than the set temperature, it is judged as a temperature rise stage, and carefully observed while watching the video
* When the temperature drops after the alarm, release the caution level (observing temperatures of 110 to 120 degrees outdoors, 90 to 100 degrees indoors)
* Depends on production environment
STEP 03
At the time of the secondary alarm (Hazard Occurrence Notification Step)
In the event of a continuous additional temperature rise after the primary alarm, immediately communicate the temperature rise hazard situation to the field staff and confirm the results of the action
* 5-10 seconds after the first alarm, when the temperature rises 5-10 degrees
STEP 04
3rd alarm (fire prevention action stage)
As a fire prevention step, emergency contact is taken directly to the on-site personnel and the fire department in the jurisdiction, siren operation on the site and remote execution of evacuation broadcasting at the same time
* After 5 to 10 seconds of the second alarm, when the temperature rises above 10 degrees
Emergency Step. [Absolute alarm temperature]
If the temperature rises sharply by more than 100 degrees after the primary alarm, or if the primary alarm temperature is more than 100 degrees,
Determined as fire occurrence situation 2nd and 3rd alarm at the same time!!!
Respond with the 3rd alarm (fire prevention action stage) action method.
※ The above contents vary depending on the operating environment settings.
Efficient operation requirements
of control centers
  • Operational personnel efficiency

Pay and training time SACE effect with computer/server & fire fighting retirees

  • control program development

Temperature data pop-up and control center's own alarm function enhancement

Structures that allow PC and mobile to operate together

Equipped with AI function for non-fire false positives (increased detection rate for actual fires)

  • Professional manpower management

Securing technical personnel related to thermal imaging cameras and technical personnel related to software

Establishment of national service for on-site A/S dispatch

  • Form and management form established

Work fees, work guidelines, response manuals, emergency contact networks, and event arrangements

  • Risk Management

Failure to control due to worker's mistake: INTE&O Business Liability Insurance

Accident of on-site personnel: Insure for loss insurance

Problem of fire liability: Clear classification of area of liability in contract > Legal review completed
